Reservation of the accommodation and payment instructions

All information concerning accommodation can be received by phone (phone number listed above) or via e-mail. The actual reservation of the accommodation unit has to be made in writing (e-mail or letter) which shall be responded to promptly. The prices of accommodation refer to a weekly rental of the house.

The reservation has been completed after the advanced payment has been received (to the host’s bank account) in the amount of the 50% of the total price of the accommodation unit. If the guest does not make an advance payment within seven days, the reservation is no longer valid. The rest of the amount, the other 50%, must be paid to the house owner’s account no later than 30 days prior to the day of the arrival, i.e. beginning of the reservation.

In case of the cancellation before making the second part of the payment, the owner is obligated to return the amount of the advanced payment completely if the cancellation has been made 60 or more days before its beginning.

In case the guest makes a cancellation within 60 days of the beginning of the reservation, the owner of the object will return the amount of the advanced payment in case they find new guests for a given term or in case that guests who are cancelling themselves find guests to replace them in their reserved term.
In case the guest makes a cancellation within 30 days of the day their stay in the accommodation unit should commence, the owner of the house keeps the paid amount in full and is not obligated to make and refunds.

If the cancellation by either guest or a host is caused due to natural disasters, war, pandemics or other reasons (force majeure) that could not be affected by neither the guest or the host, the above mentioned conditions are not observed and between the guest and a host (and vice versa) are not to have any open claims.

Should guests for any reason cut or shorten their stay, the owner of the house is not obliged to refund the money.
